How does Mindset Meals work?

We provide pre-portioned and fully prepared meals that help you achieve your healthy lifestyle goals. Meals are delivered right to your doorstep on a weekly basis. 3 plans are available. No grocery shopping, no cooking. Just heat & eat.

How long should I heat my meals in the microwave?

The average is two minutes but refer to the meal label for complete heating instructions.

How long do the meals last?

We guarantee freshness upon delivery. Please make sure to store the meals correctly.Refrigerate your meals immediately and reheat them thoroughly for food safety and optimal freshness.

Can I freeze my meals?

We recommend freezing meals you don’t plan on eating within 4 days. Most of our meals thaw well.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes! We offer discounted meals for customers that are enrolled in our corporate program. If your company is interested, please contact us. Corporate customers get a special menu with discounted meals. Meals are delivered to your company on a specific day every week.

How do I log in to my corporate account?

What if I have Food Allergies?

We pride ourselves on cleanliness and anti-cross-contamination. However, food is prepared in a leased, licensed commercial kitchen. If you have severe allergies, you should use your best judgment as food may contain traces of eggs, wheat, soy, shellfish, etc.

Is there a minimum/maximum quantity I need to order?

Individual customers can choose from 3-meal, 6-meal, or 9-meal plans. You are welcome to order multiple meal plans for your family!
Corporate customers do not have a minimum or maximum quantity.

Do you offer catering services?

We’re working on it! Contact us with the event date and group size, and we will let you know if we can make it happen!

When will my meals be delivered?

If you have an individual meal plan, your meals will be delivered on Sunday. If you are a corporate customer, ask your company representative or contact us for your delivery day/time.

When do I need to put my order in?

Individual customers need to place their order by Thursday at 5pm in order to receive their order that following Sunday.
